- Name of animation and character
- Date of release of animation
- Institution / artist responsible for the animation

Then, you can tell us about the character - things like backstory, personality, special powers or whatever.

THEN, you need to give us your opinion on who the target is aimed at and how it is designed to appeal to the audience.

Remember, you will have SOME text, but images and videos (if available) are very useful also!
